Wilhelmina Elizabeth le Sueur was born on 9 Nov 1827.

She was the daughter of Jacobus Johannes Petrus le Sueur and Rykje Catharina Arnoldina Fischer.

She was christened on 23 Dec 1827 at Cape Town, Cape Colony.

She married Louis William Glaeser on 24 Jan 1851 at Worcester, Cape Colony. Louis William was the son of George William Henry Glaeser and Dorothea Catharina Cornelia van Dyk. He was born on 1 Aug 1822 at Rondebosch, Cape Town, South Africa. He died on 7 Jun 1883 at "At his house", Worcester, Cape Colony, South Africa at the age of 60.

They had 14 children: George William Henry Glaeser, Rykie Catharina Glaeser, Jacobus Johannes Le Sueur Glaeser, Louis Philip Glaeser, John Glaeser, William Henry Glaeser, Dorothea Georgina Glaeser, Theodore Cato Cornelius Glaeser, Egidius Benedictus Watermeyer Glaeser, Marius Augustus Glaeser, Wilhelmina Elizabeth Glaeser, Helena Maria Glaeser, Dorothea Georgina Glaeser and Francois Fleck Glaeser.
