Louisa Whipp was born on 1 Jul 1869.

She was the daughter of John Whipp and Mary Anne Hodgson.

She married Herbert George Victor Plowes on 18 Jul 1894 at Newcastle, Natal, South Africa. He died on 13 May 1948 at Port Shepstone Cottage Hospital, Port Shepstone, Natal, South Africa.
