She was the daughter of Frans Hendrikse Campher and Johanna Margaretha Leckerwijn.
She married Leendert Johannes Louw. Leendert Johannes was the son of Jacobus Leonardus Louw and Susanna du Rand.
They had one child: Leendert Hendriek du Plooy.
She married Cornelis du Plooy on 24 Aug 1788 at Cape Town, Cape Province, South Africa.
