Anne Leys was born about 1799.

She married Peter Diack on 24 Jul 1825 at Kirkton of Rayne, Aberdeenshire, Scotland. Peter was the son of Patrick (Peter) Diack and Elizabeth Catherine Henderson. He was born on 15 May 1799 at Rayne, Aberdeen, Scotland. He died on 28 Dec 1875 at Schoolbow, Scotland at the age of 76.

They had 8 children: Peter Diack, Alexander Diack, James Diack, Robert Diack, John Diack, William Diack, John Cushny Diack and Peter Diack.

She died on 4 Dec 1865.

She was buried at Kirkton of Rayne Churchyard, Kirkton of Rayne, Aberdeenshire, Scotland.
