Biography

Walter Henry Lewis Dearlove was born on 25 Mar 1875 at Zoutpansberg, Transvaal.

He was the son of Joseph Avery Dearlove and Mary Low.

He married Blanche Hill on 13 May 1903 at St Albans Cathedral, Pretoria, Transvaal. Blanche was the daughter of William James Rowland Hill and Mary Fitz Ellen Gillingham. She was born on 29 Jun 1875 at Beaufort West, Western Cape, South Africa. She died on 17 Jan 1928 at Gruisfontein, Waterberg, Transvaal, South Africa at the age of 52.

They had 3 children: Rowland Avery Dearlove, Arthur Raymond Dearlove and Cyril Hill Dearlove.

He died on 17 Jan 1928 at Gruisfontein, Waterburg, Transvaal, South Africa at the age of 52.

He was buried in 1928 at Main Cemetery, Naboomspruit, Transvaal, South Africa.
