Arthur William Cameron was born about 1845.

He was the son of James Cameron and Margaret Allison.

He married Olive Isabel Elenor Daniel. She was born on 31 Jul 1853. She died on 29 Oct 1927 at Thaba Nchu, Orange Free State, South Africa at the age of 74.

They had 3 children: Wilfred Ewin Cameron, Kathleen Marion Cameron and Clement Maxwell Cameron.

He died on 4 Aug 1883 at Thaba Nchu, Orange Free State, South Africa.
