Ryk Tulbagh le Sueur was born on 10 Jul 1843 at Cape Town, Cape of Good Hope.
He was the son of Johannes Adriaan le Sueur and Anna Elisabeth Cloete.
He married Florence Daniell. She was born on 12 Mar 1843. She died on 25 May 1913 at the age of 70.
