Biography

Anna Elisabeth Cloete was born on 10 Aug 1822.

She was the daughter of Hendrick Cloete and Anna Gesina Bolchilds.

She married Johannes Adriaan le Sueur on 15 Jul 1842 at Durbanville, South Africa. Johannes Adriaan was the son of Ryk le Sueur and Helena Maria Geertruida Karnspek. He was born on 11 Jan 1803 at Cape Town, Cape of Good Hope. He died on 21 Jun 1876 at Rosedale Gardens, Cape Town, Cape Colony at the age of 73.

They had 2 children: Ryk Tulbagh le Sueur and Johannes Jacobus le Sueur.

She died on 9 Jul 1893 at Tuglewood, Newlands, Cape Town, Cape Colony at the age of 70.
