Jesse Jane Mary Ann McMaster was born on 6 Dec 1836 at Somerset East, Cape Colony.

She was the daughter of David John James McMaster and Jane Margaret Pinchin Webber.

She married Septimus Josiah Wright on 14 Sep 1858 at Somerset East, Cape Colony. He was born on 11 Aug 1837 at Grahamstown, Eastern Cape Province, South Africa. He died on 29 Oct 1905 at Bloemfontein, Orange Free State, South Africa at the age of 68.

She died on 5 Jul 1913 at Bloemfontein, Orange Free State, South Africa at the age of 76.
