Susanna Elizabeth Jordaan was born on 23 Apr 1817 at Caledon, Cape Colony.

She married Daniel Jacobus de Wet. Daniel Jacobus was the son of Daniel Johannes Jacobus de Wet and Magdalena Elisabeth du Plessis. He was born on 14 Nov 1815. He died on 6 Oct 1892 at the age of 76.

They had one child: Jacobus Stephanus de Wet.

She died on 27 Jun 1880 at Robertson, Cape Colony at the age of 63.
