She married Alan Vere Allan on 17 Nov 1910 at Stuartstown, Ixopo, Natal. Alan Vere was the son of Thomas John Allan and Mary Vere. He was born on 5 Apr 1886. He died on 21 Jul 1952 at Ixopo, Natal, South Africa at the age of 66.
