She was the daughter of Abraham Baytopp and Emma Boyce.

She married Andrew Benjamin Forrest. Andrew Benjamin was the son of John Forrest and Harriett Cath Cadle. He was born about 1859. He died on 12 Jul 1933 at Entabeni Nursing Home, Durban, Natal, South Africa.

They had one child: Ethel Constance Forrest.

She died on 4 Mar 1940 at Pinetown, Natal, South Africa.
