She was the daughter of Hendrik Zegers and Helene Van Westhhuysen.

She was christened on 25 Apr 1700 at Cape Town, Cape of Good Hope.

She married Nicolaas van der Heuvel. Nicolaas was the son of Johannes van den Heuvel and Marretje Gerrits. He died before 1735.

They had 7 children: Helena Maria van der Heuvel, Elisabeth Catrina van den Heuvel, Johanna Petronella van den Heuvel, Alletta Hendrina van den Heuvel, Margaretha Annavan van der Heuvel, Anna Elizabeth van der Heuvel and Nicolaas van der Heuvel.

She married Olof de Wet on 8 May 1735 at Stellenbosch, Cape of Good Hope, South Africa. Olof was the son of Jacobus de Wet and Christina Bergh.

They had 2 children: Christina Helena de Wet and Jacobus Matthias de Wet.
