She married William Henry Purdon. William Henry was the son of John Purdon and Mary Clifford Harrison. He was born on 26 Sep 1808 at Cawnpore, Uttar Pradesh, India. He died on 2 Dec 1894 at Clumber, Bathurst (nr), Eastern Cape, South Africa at the age of 86.
