Doris Marjorie Commin was born on 6 Feb 1913.

She was the daughter of William Commin and Mary Alice Tarr.

She married Colin Cameron McMaster on 1 May 1951 at Port Elizabeth, Cape, South Africa. Colin Cameron was the son of Colin Allison McMaster and Mary Ellen Cameron. He was born on 31 Oct 1911 at Woodridge, Thaba Nchu, Orange Free State, South Africa. He died on 7 Sep 2003 at the age of 91.

She died in May 1980.

She was buried on 2 Jun 1980 at St Mark's Church, Cambridge, Grahamstown, Cape, South Africa.
