Noelle Mary Clark was born on 17 Dec 1921.

She married George Low Barclay on 6 Mar 1943 at St. George Presbyterian Church, Johannesburg, Transvaal, South Africa. George Low was the son of Henry James (Harry) Barclay and Dorothy Catherine Low. He was born on 20 May 1919 at Fraserburgh, Aberdeenshire, Scotland. He died on 1 Aug 1971 at 223 Fanthrope Road, Mondeor, Johannesburg, Transvaal, South Africa at the age of 52.

They had 3 children: Carol Rae Barclay, Living and Living.

She married Pieter Andries van der Merwe.

She died on 5 Jul 2001 at Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa at the age of 79.
