She was the daughter of John Low and Mary Geils.

She married William Diack. William was the son of Andrew Diack and Ann Anderson. He was born on 22 Feb 1836 at Old Rayne, Aberdeenshire, Scotland. He died on 29 Dec 1923 at Greystone, Skene, Aberdeenshire, Scotland at the age of 87.

They had one child: Ann Diack.

She died on 22 Apr 1927 at Kirkton of Skene, Aberdeenshire, Scotland at the age of 91.
