She was the daughter of Hugh Fraser and Margaret Grant.

She married John Hill Low on 21 Jan 1911 at Royal Hotel, Academy Street, Inverness, Invernessshire, Scotland. John Hill was the son of William Cruickshank Low and Jessie Hill. He was born on 10 May 1882 at 67 School Street, Fraserburgh, Aberdeenshire, Scotland. He died on 5 Apr 1931 at Kepplestone Nursing Home, Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire, Scotland at the age of 48.

She died on 14 May 1949 at Insch, Aberdeenshire, Scotland at the age of 73.
