She married Thackeray James Allison on 2 Sep 1897 at Durban, Colony of Natal. Thackeray James was the son of James Allison and Mary McCarthney Rae. He was born on 20 Mar 1870 at Pietermaritzburg, Natal, South Africa. He died on 12 Sep 1923 at Pietermaritzburg, Natal, South Africa at the age of 53.
