She married Alfred Curtis Catterall. Alfred Curtis was the son of Alfred James Catterall and Jessie Dearlove. He was born on 11 Nov 1889. He died on 6 Dec 1961 at Dundee Hospital, Dundee, Natal, South Africa at the age of 72.

They had one child: John Catteral.
