She married James Watson Ross on 21 Aug 1866 at Nairn, Nairnshire, Scotland. James Watson was the son of David Ross and Isabel Munro. He was born on 27 Jun 1827 at Rosskeen, Ross and Cromarty, Scotland.

They had 9 children: Isabella Munro Ross, Jane Macdonald Ross, Davidina Ross, Margaret Ross, James Watson Ross, May Ross, Alexander Ross, Bessie Ross and Wilna Ross.
