Freda May Rautenbach was born on 3 Oct 1932.

She married John Whipp on 21 Jan 1956 at Voortrekkerhoogte, Pretoria, Transvaal, Suid-Afrika. John was the son of John "Jack" Whipp and Dora Agnes MacDonald. He was born on 13 Jul 1929 at Memel, Free State, South Africa. He died on 7 Jun 2020 at Glen Allan, Memel, Free State, South Africa at the age of 90.

They had 3 children: Charles Whipp, Living and Living.

She died on 20 May 2020 at the age of 87.
