Mary Carney was born in 1830.

She was the daughter of Francis Carney and Mary Milne.

She married Peter Diack on 16 Sep 1863 at Backhill of Kemnay, Aberdeenshire, Scotland. Peter was the son of Peter Diack and Anne Leys. He was born on 2 Feb 1839 at Mastrick, Scotland. He died on 4 Sep 1923 at Aberdeenshire, Scotland at the age of 84.
