She married James Diack on 24 Dec 1796 at Old Machar, Aberdeenshire, Scotland. James was the son of James Diack and Christian Booth. He died in Mar 1845 at New Raine, Aberdeenshire, Scotland.

They had 5 children: Barbara Diack, Mary Diack, James Diack, Catharine Diack and William Diack.
