She married William Avery Dearlove on 8 Oct 1942 at St Aidans Church, Yeoville, Johannesburg, Transvaal, South Africa. William Avery was the son of Charles Edward Dearlove and Elizabeth Phoebe Coker. He was born on 21 Aug 1906. He died on 16 Aug 1966 at Florence Nursing Home, Johannesburg, Transvaal, South Africa at the age of 59.
