William Arthur Kenneth Green was born in 1946.

He was the son of Hazel Kate Morice.

He married Winifred Jeanne Raine on 23 Feb 1968. Winifred Jeanne was the daughter of Robert Arthur Raine and Sarah Johanna Siebert DeJager. She was born on 12 Jun 1947. She died on 30 Apr 2014 at Gauteng, South Africa at the age of 66.

He died in 1997.
