Arthur Storer Bull was born on 6 May 1855.

He was the son of Samuel Storer Bull and Elizabeth Treleaven.

He was christened on 13 Jul 1856 at Mount Moreland, Colony of Natal.

He married Jessie Maria Rolph on 23 Sep 1883 at Mr Bull's House, Mt Albert, Kearsney, Lower Tugela, Colony of Natal. She was born about 1854.

He died on 26 Jan 1904 at Mt Albert, Kearsney, Colony of Natal at the age of 48.
