She married Heinrich Friedrich Schwegmann on 16 Apr 1919 at Camperdown, Natal, South Africa. Heinrich Friedrich was the son of Friedrich Wilhelm Schwegmann and Elise Liselde Schefermann. He was born on 24 Oct 1885 at New Germany, Colony of Natal, South Africa. He died on 28 Dec 1935 at Addington Hospital, Durban, Natal, South Africa at the age of 50.
