He married Christina Munro on 26 Dec 1906 at Ipswich, Queensland, Australia. Christina was the daughter of Alexander Munro and Mary Ann Armstrong. She was born on 3 Mar 1875 at Talgai, Queensland, Australia. She died on 26 Jul 1970 at Melbourne, Victoria, Australia at the age of 95.

They had 2 children: Catherine Ina Wilson and Lynette Myra Wilson.
