Biography

Francis Thring was born on 15 Mar 1845.

He was the son of Samuel Thring and Elizabeth Treleaven.

He was also known as Frank Thring.

He immigrated from Sovereign from London and Plymouth on 24 Mar 1850.

He married Mary Ann Peachey. Mary Ann was the daughter of Thomas Peachey and Lucy Emma Thring. She died on 15 Nov 1930 at Stony Hill, Umvoti, Natal, South Africa.

They had one child: Thomas Peachey Thring.

He died on 10 Jan 1929 at Stony Hill, Umvoti, Natal, South Africa at the age of 83.
