Ann Chisholm was born on 5 May 1804.

She was the daughter of John Chisholm and Ann Davidson.

She was christened on 9 May 1804 at Kilmuir-Easter, Ross and Cromarty, Scotland.

She married Donald Munro on 11 Sep 1832 at Kilmuir-Easter, Ross and Cromarty, Scotland. Donald was the son of Donald Munro and Catherine McKenzie. He was born on 31 Oct 1795 at Tullich, Kilmuir-Easter, Ross and Cromarty, Scotland. He died on 3 Jul 1871 at Easter Ross Union poorhouse, Scotsburn Road, Tain, Ross and Cromarty, Scotland at the age of 75.

They had 6 children: James Edward Munro, John Chisholm Munro, Donald Munro, Alexander Munro Munro, Duncan Chisholm Munro and Baillie Chisholm Munro.

She died on 28 Mar 1866 at 12 Wells Street, Inverness, Scotland at the age of 61.
