Marguerite Elizabeth Elliot was born on 12 Mar 1903.

She was the daughter of John Daniel Elliot and Petronella Jacoba Claassen.

She married Donald Reginald Munro on 18 Jan 1928 at Pietermaritzburg, Natal, South Africa. Donald Reginald was the son of John Ross Munro and Edith Mary-Ann Smith. He was born on 6 Mar 1899 at Barberton, Transvaal, South Africa. He died on 1 Jun 1985 at Pietermaritzburg, Natal, South Africa at the age of 86.

She died on 31 Jul 2003 at Pietermaritzburg, kwa-Zulu-Natal, South Africa at the age of 100.
