He married Catharina Christina le Sueur on 2 Apr 1803 at Delft, Netherlands. Catharina Christina was the daughter of Jacobus Johannes le Sueur and Johanna Hillegonda de Wet. She died on 29 Sep 1850 at Castle Maurick, Vught, Noord-Brabant, Nederland.

He married Maria Rosenhahn on 23 May 1853 at Vught, Netherlands. Maria was the daughter of Carl Euthijn Rosenhahn and Maria Elisabeth Schütz. She was born on 6 Feb 1830 at Elberfeld, Germany. She died on 22 Jul 1910 at Kleef, Germany at the age of 80.

He died on 29 Aug 1855 at Castle Maurick, Vught, Noord-Brabant, Nederland at the age of 77.
