Audrey Doreen Smith was born on 22 Jun 1927.

She married Alfred Diack on 5 Jun 1948 at Bulawayo, Rhodesia. Alfred was the son of David Alfred Diack and Isabella Maude Holt. He was born on 7 May 1923. He died on 20 Aug 2006 at Roodepoort, Gauteng, South Africa at the age of 83.

They had one child: Living.

She died on 14 Aug 2015 at the age of 88.
