Theunisina Christina (Theuna) de Klerk was born on 24 Nov 1848 at Somerset-East, Cape Colony.

She was the daughter of Theunis Christiaan de Klerk and Maria Aletta Strydom.

She married Ryno Stockenstroom Verster about 1865 at Somerset-East, Cape Colony. Ryno Stockenstroom was the son of Jacobus Pieter Verster and Johanna Catharina Elizabeth van Dyk. He was born on 23 Jun 1841 at Cradock, Cape Colony. He died on 6 May 1893 at Johannesburg, Transvaal, South Africa at the age of 51.

They had 14 children: Jacobus Pieter (Jim) Verster, Theunis Christiaan (Theuns) Verster, Ryno Stephanus Verster, Maria Aletta Verster, Johanna Elizabeth (Hannie) Verster, Theunisina Christina (Sinie) Verster, Barend De Klerk (Ben) Verster, Catharina Helena Dorothea (Katie) Verster, Johannes Arie Van Dyk (John-Bull) Verster, Hendrina Cornelia (Baby) Verster, Julius August Keizer Verster, Joseph Dearlove Hardy (Jo) Verster, Henrietta Rynetta (Hettie) Verster and George Van Hees Verster.

She died on 8 Aug 1906 at Baberspan, Cape Colony at the age of 57.
