Biography

He married Margaret Stratton. Margaret was the daughter of James Stratton and Helen Imri. She was born on 12 Nov 1797 at Newhills, Aberdeenshire, Scotland.

They had 10 children: William Cruickshank, John Cruickshank, George Cruickshank, Alexander Cruickshank, Margaret Cruickshank, Isobel Cruickshank, Sarah Cruickshank, Helen Cruickshank, Robert Cruickshank and Christian Cruickshank.
