She married William Diack on 4 Jul 1835 at Chapel of Garioch (Pitscurry), Aberdeenshire, Scotland. William was the son of George Diack and Elizabeth Duffus. He was born about 1793 at Chapel of Garioch (Pitscurry), Aberdeenshire, Scotland. He died on 20 Mar 1865 at Durno, Aberdeenshire, Scotland.

They had 6 children: Elizabeth Diack, William Diack, Mary Wood Diack, George Diack, Jean Diack and Christian Diack.
